Leadership Workshop Series

Customized workshop series are offered internally to organizations to cultivate sustainable leadership mindsets. While each workshop is tailored to the specific needs of the group, all are grounded in the understanding that most learning comes from testing new ideas and concepts in work settings, getting feedback, and then making adjustments.  Workshops conducted over several months or up to a full year allow for greater growth and better feedback opportunities.  Workshops can be delivered in 2-4 hour segments or can be full-day formats.  Potential topics include:

Facilitation of Leadership Retreats

SLC provides facilitation of customized leadership retreats for groups ranging in size from 5 to over 50 participants.  Topics, exercises, and focus are aligned with specifics needs and intent of the event.
