Leadership Assessment

Sustainable Leadership Consultants work with a wide variety of assessments to address clients’ unique needs and goals.  As certified administrators of Hogan assessments, our consultants utilize the Hogan Lead series as a coaching tool to highlight leaders’ strengths, potential career derailleurs, and primary motivators/values.  Additionally, SLC developed the following assessment tool to specifically evaluate awareness of the seven mindsets (preview below).

Answer the following questions according to this scale:      1 = Never | 2 = Rarely | 3 = Sometimes | 4 = Often | 5 = Always
